Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important as well as the health and safety of our customers. Because of this, we WILL NOT accept returns on items that may pose a health risk; especially items that may have been exposed to bodily fluids (including but not limited to saliva, urine, blood, semen, etc.). This also includes (but is not limited to) ANY item that breaks the surface of the skin or is inserted into the mouth, penis, vagina and/or anus. NO RETURNS will be accepted for dirty or washed merchandise.

If the item is still sealed in the box and the tamper seal is not broken, we will allow substitution of equal value or issue store credit in the form of a gift card for future use. If the tamper seal is broken, no exchange or credit will be given.

Email us for further guidance in regards to returning items and shipping. Any merchandise returned must be unopened, undamaged and returned within 14 days of purchase. A receipt must be included.

Shipping

Unless requested, we ship using USPS Priority Mail complete with tracking number. If items are ordered on the weekends, it will be shipped on the following Monday.

What do I do if the product doesn't work?

Some products that can be charged come pre-charged up to 35% (depending on the make and model). Refer to the manufacturer's recommendation for usage or go to their website. Keep your receipt available when dealing with the manufacturer especially if their product has a warranty.​

I changed my mind about my order and want to return it. I didn't open the box and everything is still intact.

No problem! Just email us right away and we will begin the return process provided that the product was not opened and the seal is not broken. Please refer to our Return policy for further guidance.

Will my order be identified with noticeable packaging or will it be discreet?
​​
Everything shipped will be discreet in non descript packaging.
